The Pelham Razorbacks are a proud member of the American Youth Football and Cheer (AYF) organization, the largest youth football and cheer organization in the country.

2021 Razorbacks Registration

2021 Razorbacks Registration

We are off and running and it was great seeing so many families at our Info & Registration Night last Thursday at Muldoon Park.  Registration numbers will dictate team formation and this is critical on the football side as we build teams and order new helmets.  To qualify for the free registration (Reminder – pay up front, fulfill season obligations and get refund of registration fee), your child(ren) MUST be signed up and paid by May 15th

We will be offering another Info & Registration Night on Tuesday May 4th from 530pm-630pm at Muldoon Park.  If you are returning family and already registered and paid, no need to come down but we invite all other families interested in learning more about the program to stop by.  We will answer any and all questions and can collect registration and payment at that time – cash or check please.

The registration fee is $215 plus an additional $50 for our only mandatory fundraiser where you can sell the $50 raffle tickets and the cost to you is $0.  We have you pay in advance and once you sell, you keep the funds you collected and turn in the tickets.  Or put your name on all the tickets like many of us have done over the years!!!

Hope to see many on May 4th!

2021 Season

REGISTER NOW FOR FREE FOOTBALL OR CHEER FOR 2021!!!

The Razorbacks are accepting registrations for the 2021 season and excited to get kids back on the mats and fields!  As we have publicized previously, if you pre-pay for the 2021 season by May 15, 2021 and your child fully participates until the end of the season, you will get a full refund of your registration fee at the conclusion of the season.  Why is there a May 15th cut-off date and we are requiring payment in advance?

·       The May 15th cut-off date is absolutely necessary to coordinate teams as we are ordering all new helmets this year and we need to ensure we get them in time for the start of the season at the end of July.

·       The payment in advance is to ensure commitment of all athletes to ensure each team has the proper number of participants.  Once we create a team and order equipment, we need everybody ALL-IN for the entire season!

The NHYFSC has a delay in their formal registration as they incorporate a new online system but we want to ensure we have our team counts by May 15th.  Cheer provides team assignment flexibility and for football, we are anticipating fielding the following teams:

·       9U – for kids ages 8 or 9 born on or before 7/31/2012

·       11U –  for kids ages 10 or 11 born on or before 7/31/2010

·       13U – for kids ages 12 or 13 born on or before 7/31/2008

Lastly, we invite all Razorback families and any families interested in joining the program or learning more about it to an INFORMATION NIGHT on Thursday, April 22nd from 530pm-630pm at Muldoon Park.  We will be able to collect registration forms and payments (refundable upon completion of season) this night as well learn more about the program and ask questions.

Please see the attached/application and bring with you or send back to:

Pelham Razorbacks

PO Box 791

Pelham, NH 03076

If you have any questions prior to then, please do not hesitate to reach out to Lou at for football or Melissa at for cheer.

See you soon!

Hello to all our Razorbacks Families

Hello to all of our Razorback Families!

We realize what a difficult time we are all currently facing and we hope that you are all doing well under these conditions. We can only take it one day at a time and hope that the conditions will improve sooner rather than later. We all try to continue to do our and staying home whenever possible. For those of you with essential jobs, we commend you
for your service and wish nothing but good health and your safety as you venture out each day.

We wanted to let you all know that as of early April, the 2020 Razorbacks’ Football and Cheer season is scheduled. We are well aware that this could change and like you, we are all just waiting to see how this virus is going to play out. The Razorbacks’ will follow the lead of the National AYF/AYC organization, as well as the NHYFSC for further guidance
through these trying times. As we receive updates from them, we will be sure to pass that information along to all of you.

Where does that leave us? Here is how we would like to proceed under the current situation:

  • Registration is open for all football players and cheerleaders.
  • We are extending our Early Bird Registration Fee until April 30, 2020.
  • Due to some families possibly being out of work, you may register this month and not pay until a later date. If you register by 4/30, you will only be charged the discounted rate. Registration fees will return to full price on 5/1/2020.
  • If you are able to pay the registration fee when you register, that would be helpful, but if you cannot please reach out to a board member prior to April 25th.
  • If the 2020 season gets canceled, you will receive a full refund.
  • It is critical for us to get an estimate of team counts to determine equipment purchase and appreciate you signing up by the above date.

We realize that these times are unprecedented and everyone is taking daily tasks day by day. We are optimistic that these times will pass soon and we can carry on with our ‘normal’ lives. After lots of time spent at home, we hope to be on the field and competition mats soon!

Speaking of competition, we wanted to share with all of you that we have a fun change this season. Pelham and Salem have joined forces for the 2020 season to host a “Battle at the Border” cheer competition at Salem High School. We will have a lot more information into the summer months, but thought you would all enjoy some uplifting news. Please feel free
to reach out to us if you have any questions and know that all of you are in our thoughts as we navigate these challenging times.

Be safe and stay healthy!
